01 / Selected work

The decisions behind design.

Showing 4 cases

Product vision · AI interfaces

From setup to intent

Reframing an onboarding brief around what people want to achieve, then making that direction tangible in a prototype.

Agent behaviour · Human control

Designing for agency

Turning “the agent should be trustworthy” into observable behaviour, implementation guidance and testable expectations.

AI outcomes · Product judgement

A fair reading of results

Designing an outcomes experience that distinguishes a modelled comparison from evidence of incremental impact.

Design systems · Working in code

One system. Shared rules.

Moving beyond synchronising files to making design rules usable where the product is actually built.

02 / How I work

Think deeply. Make it tangible.

01

Find the real question

Understand the intended outcome, the system around it and the assumptions in the brief. A better starting point can change the whole product.

02

Make something we can question

Use interaction design and coded prototypes to bring product and engineering into the same conversation, with something concrete to respond to.

03

Make the learning explicit

Define what good behaviour looks like. Separate what we built, what we observed and what still needs testing, then use that distinction to choose the next step.

A thread through my AI work

More autonomy for software. More agency for people.

03 / A little context

A product designer.A systems thinker.A maker.

I’ve spent more than a decade designing digital products, from an education ecosystem to complex customer data software. At BlueConic, my work has grown from core workflows and a shared design system to agentic interfaces and prototypes in code.

I’m interested in software that picks up on what someone is trying to do: bringing the right things into view, helping with a decision or taking care of a task. The aim is to leave more room to explore and create.
